What to expect
- Windows will show “unknown publisher” once while installing. Click More info, then Run anyway.
- Receipt printing and cash drawer support: being tested with pilot shops.
- Everything you do in the app is also available in the website.
Install in three steps
- Download the installer and open it.
- If Windows shows “unknown publisher”, click More info, then Run anyway.
- Start the app, type your shop’s address once, and sign in with your Vertex Suite account.
Requirements
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
- A Vertex Suite account and an internet connection.
Updates
The app updates itself from your shop’s server and installs the new version the next time you close it.
