Privacy policy

This policy will explain what Vertex Suite stores about you and your shop, why, who can see it and how long it is kept.
What we can already say
- Your account: your name, your e-mail address, and your password, which we only store scrambled (hashed) so it cannot be read back.
- Your shop's records: what you and your team enter, such as products, sales, customers and cash-ups, is kept for your company and shown to the people you invite, each according to their role.
- A few cookies the site needs to work: your sign-in session, your language and theme choice, the branch you are working in, and short messages carried between pages. No advertising or tracking cookies.
