1. What we hold for UAE companies

Your sign-in details: name, email and phone.
The business records you and your team enter: sales, customers, stock and staff.

2. Where it is held

Your data is held with a cloud provider in the EU.

3. Who can see it

The people in your company see what their role allows. VERTEX staff may open your account to give you support or to keep the service running.

4. Keeping and deleting

Your accounting records are kept for as long as your company needs them. You can ask us to delete your account or to send you a copy of your records.
