This page is for companies in the United Arab Emirates. It is short and plain. The selling company, the governing law and the court are not named yet; they will be stated in your written pilot agreement and on this page before any paid period starts.

1. Who provides the service in the UAE

VERTEX Suite is offered to companies in the United Arab Emirates as a free pilot first. The company that sells and invoices the service in the UAE has not been named yet. It will be named on your invoice and on this page before any paid period starts.

2. The free pilot

The pilot is free. Nothing is charged during it.
Either side may end the pilot by telling the other. You can ask VERTEX for a copy of your records.
The pilot is governed by the written pilot agreement you agree with VERTEX.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are shown excluding VAT. No payment is asked for or taken until VERTEX has sent you an invoice that names the seller. Nothing is charged automatically.

4. Your records and your tax

VERTEX Suite helps you keep your business records. Any tax or accounting figures it prepares are for you and your accountant to review. You stay responsible for your records and your filings.

5. Support

For now, UAE companies use the Kuwait (Gulf) support desk and its hours. Write to us in the support chat or at contact@vertexsuite.app.

6. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and the court for UAE customers are not set on this page yet. They will be stated in the written pilot agreement and in the paid terms before any paid period starts.
