Kuwait has no VAT today, so none is added. If that changes, the setting is already there.
Your sales, receipts and records are never deleted and never count against your plan. Only uploaded files, such as repair photos and expense receipts, use the file storage.
An industry pack adds the screens for one kind of business: phones and electronics, fashion, or restaurants. Pro includes all three.
The free trial is once per person: your first company gets it. Another company you open later starts on Starter.

Does it fit my kind of business?
If you sell over a counter, yes. Shops of every kind use the same system. Restaurant tables, repair tickets, IMEI and trade-ins work today; pharmacy tools are on the way.
Does it connect to Talabat or Keeta?
Not today, and we will not pretend it does. Delivery-app orders are not imported. What Vertex Suite does is keep your own counter, your costs and your margins clear, so you can see what each part of the business really leaves you.
My staff have no email address.
They don’t need one. You give each person a username and a password, and a role that decides what they can do. Each one picks Arabic or English.
Can I watch the shop from abroad?
Yes. The owner app shows today’s figures for every branch, Guardian alerts tell you when something looks wrong, and the Morning Brief arrives on Telegram or by email.
What if the internet cuts?
The counter keeps selling, printing and counting stock. Sales upload by themselves when the line is back. You only need internet to watch from elsewhere.
What if I stop paying?
Your account goes read-only. You’re never locked out: every sale, receipt and report stays open to read. Pay, and selling switches back on.
Can I take my data out?
Your data is yours. A full export is coming; until then, ask us and we send you a copy. No contract, no exit fee.
Do I need new hardware?
No. A browser, any barcode scanner, and a 58 or 80 mm receipt printer. Your KNET terminal stays as it is.
